I got a professional massage for the first time in my life today. It was good. I don't know why I've been putting it off for so long - I've always had the worst knots on my shoulders and neck.
The girl literally gasped and said "bless your heart" when she felt them. hahaha. Every day walking to school I would rub at my shoulders in an attempt to temporarily end the soreness. Finally I figured if I'm willing to spend extra money on really good food, I can spend 50 bucks (really good deal for an hour) once a month to ease pain. SO worth it.
